The String of Hearts is a delicate trailing succulent with small, heart-shaped leaves on thin, wire-like vines. Native to South Africa, it features silver-marbled green leaves with purple undersides. Vines can trail several feet (1-2 m) and the plant produces small, tubular purple flowers.
